Pain management is a specialty — but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here .
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an officebased role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care.
No pain management experience required
Daily, ongoing access to supervising physicians
Collaborative environment — you are never practicing alone
Our patients live with chronic pain and often need providers who listen, explain, and guide them through their care.

- Ability to educate and set expectations
- Comfort with officebased outpatient visits
If you bring professionalism and compassion, we will train you on the specialty.
What You’ll Do- Conduct painfocused histories and physical exams
- Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits
- Provide pre and postprocedure followup care
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
- Document visits clearly in the EMR
- Collaborate daily with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff
- Sidebyside training in:
- Painfocused assessments
- Patient communication and education
- Treatment planning and followup visits
- Permanent supervising support — physicians are always available to:
- Answer questions
- Review plans
- Provide guidance on complex cases
- Licensed NP or PAC (new graduates welcome)
- Active, unrestricted state license
- National certification
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- $100,000–$130,000 base salary
