Overview:
Our healthcare team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in Albany, NY. Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options are available, along with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Position Offers:
• Flexible scheduling with part-time (2–3 days/week) or full-time (4–5 days/week) options
• Competitive compensation: $425.00–$475.00 per shift

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine physical examinations and health assessments
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized patient care plans
• Provide patient education and preventive care guidance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
• Minimum 3,600 clinical hours with the ability to practice independently
• Current credentialing with Medicare and Medicaid required
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently in a primary care setting
