Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides high-quality, advanced nursing care to patients in close collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. This role includes conducting comprehensive physical examinations, diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and actively promoting wellness and disease prevention.
The NP serves as a key clinical provider in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care and plays an essential role in supporting the clinic's mission to improve health outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient education, and collaborative care planning.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Holds a certificate as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Experience
- Previous clinical experience across all nursing areas
- Demonstrated managerial or supervisory skills
Licenses & Certifications
- Current F.N.P. registration and active license in the State of Illinois
- CPR Certification required
- ACLS and PALS preferred
Compensation
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Incentives
- Eligible for evening/night and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes

Bonus
- Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics
