This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2p-10p
• Total census per provider per shift: 17-21 average total inpatient census, 4-6 admissions during day and 5-7 at night.
• Procedures required: Admissions, rounding, inpatient care and prep for discharge no critical care responsibilities
• EMR: EPIC
• Support: 2 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• Certifications and licensure: American Heart Association (AHA) issued Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and an active North Carolina Medical License.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
