StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 10;On Call Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50
Facility Location
Sanford is located in the central region of Florida and used to be home to various Indian tribes who inhabited the shores of Lake Monroe. Orange Groves and agriculture dominated Sanfords economy until the early 1940s when it was later deemed cheaper to cultivate in southern Florida as it was a frost-free zone. Today Sanford offers such attractions as the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens and is also the place where naval aviators go for their operational training.

Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 10;On Call Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50
This facility is seeking a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Days of week needed (Surgeries) Monday, Wednesday, Friday (7:00 am until cases are done). Call coverage Tuesday and Thursday, Saturday.
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Types of cases: Assist with Surgeries, post care in hospital. Must be able to perform Vein Harvesting and Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgical Support.
- Credentialing timeframe: 45 days
- Electronic Medical Record: eClinicalWorks
- Certifications required: Board certification
- Licensure required: Active Florida license, Drug Enforcement Administration license
