This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 7p-7a. Five or more shifts per month.
- Procedures Required: General Hospitalist
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Support: Physician and Advanced Practice Provider
- Certifications and License Required: Active Kentucky State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
