An established provider led practice is seeking a board certified nurse practitioner to join our primary care team in Shady Cove clinic due to increased patient demand.

Situated in a mountainous city near the coast, this family medicine practice boasts riverfront views, friendly communities, and endless outdoor recreation.

Practice:
Monday - Thurday, 8am-5pm - bread and butter primary care.
No nights, phone call, or weekends.
10k sign-on and 10k relocation.
75th percentile guranteed base salary with additional bonuses.
