- CPR - (must be obtained prior to start)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- CPR for Healthcare providers
- Minimum 2 years PA experience in primary care or relevant specialty preferred
- Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
- National certification as an Adult or Family Physician Assistant recognized by the Vermont State Board of Medical Practice
- CPR
- Board Certified
