Candidate RequirementsRequired
  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Minimum 1 year orthopedic experience required
  • Experience in orthopedic clinical and/or surgical settings preferred
  • Ability to assist in orthopedic surgical procedures
  • Comfortable with orthopedic evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up care

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Perform orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient evaluations
  • Develop treatment plans under physician supervision
  • Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
  • Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures
  • Manage pre-op and post-op patient care
  • Perform office-based orthopedic procedures including joint injections
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call
  • Full-time day-shift schedule
  • Rotational call coverage
  • Mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities
